UK Returns Portal

UK Returns Procedure

  1. Start Your Return - Click the button below to begin your return.
  2. Select Items - Select the items you wish to return and the reason for the return
  3. Process Your Returns - Either choose to drop off your return or have it collected from home free of charge. If choosing to drop off, you will receive a QR code via email. If you are organising a collection, please ensure you are in on the day you have selected for collection from Royal Mail.
  4. Track Your Return - You can easily track your return via the portal below to see where it is in its journey. 
  5. Await Refund - Refunds can take up to 15 days from when they arrive at our warehouse. We allow this time to ensure the refunds are checked thoroughly given they are lingerie and swimwear items. Please be patient but if you still haven't received your refund, please contact us.
