On occasion, our shipping times might be delayed due to peak periods or other external events. If you’ve placed an order that hasn’t arrived in the delivery window shown below, please contact us.

Our Shipping Process
- We aim to ship orders between 24-48 hours* of you placing your order, using the most convenient postal service for your location (excluding weekends). Orders placed Monday to Friday before 1pm (BST) are typically dispatched the same day, orders received after 1pm (BST) will be dispatched the next working day, subject to stock availability.*
Please Note: Dispatch times are subject to stock availability* and may be extended during busy periods. - If there’s any delays with your order (for example, we need to confirm your details or need to order additional stock), we’ll contact you as soon as possible.

European Union
TAXES AND DUTIES PAID ON ORDERS UNDER €150
We offer a Taxes and Duties paid service (IOSS) on orders below €150 (including shipping costs) sent to the European countries listed above. Please ensure you review your basket at checkout. BraForMe is not liable to pay taxes and duties on any orders over €150.

- All international services are DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid), which means that you are responsible for paying any potential local import and customs fees. This excludes any countries listed in the European Union shipping table.
- The De Minimis Threshold for US is $800, meaning orders under this value will not be charge Duties or Tax.
- You are responsible for paying any duties or taxes when you receive your order.
