Shipping policy
On occasion, our shipping times might be delayed due to peak periods or other external events. If you’ve placed an order that hasn’t arrived in the delivery window shown below, please contact us.

Our Shipping Process
- Each stage of the shipping process will result in an email being sent to the email you have used for your order. We will provide updates when you have successfully ordered and when the item has been shipped. Once you have found our email, please mark the email/email address as non-spam/non-promotional so we may continue to update you. Our email address is info@braforme.com.
- We aim to ship orders between 1-2 business days from your order date (although this can be sooner on occassion). There can be instances where this can take up to 7 days in when we need to order your size in (you can find this information below the "add to bag" button on the product's page when selecting your size and colour).
- Our warehouse is not operational on weekends and orders will not be despatched over this period if they have not been despatched before 5pm UK time, Friday. We resume shipping on Monday at 8am UK time.
- If there are any delays with your order (for example, we need to confirm your details or need to order additional stock), we will contact you as soon as possible (please ensure we are marked as non-spam/non-promotional).
- Once an order has been placed, we are unable to make amendments or cancellations. You can see our Refund & Returns Policy here.

We offer shipping services to the United Kingdom, Europe (excludes countries outside of the European Union), United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. For information on shipping costs, please see below.

European Union
TAXES AND DUTIES PAID ON ORDERS UNDER €150
We offer a Taxes and Duties paid service (IOSS) on orders below €150 (including shipping costs) sent to the European countries listed above. Please ensure you review your basket at checkout. BraForMe is not liable to pay taxes and duties on any orders over €150.
You are responsible for understanding your country's custom and duties. BraForMe can not advise on Taxes and Duties for any orders over €150.

- We offer a local US returns address. To find out more about this, please visit our returns and refunds policy.
- All international services are DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid), which means that you are responsible for paying any potential local import and customs fees. This excludes any countries listed in the European Union shipping table.
- The De Minimis Threshold for US is $800, meaning orders under this value will not be charge Duties or Tax.
- You are responsible for paying any duties or taxes when you receive your order.
Please note 'Business Days' excludes Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays.
