Shipping policy

On occasion, our shipping times might be delayed due to peak periods or other external events. If you’ve placed an order that hasn’t arrived in the delivery window shown below, please contact us.

Our Shipping Process

  • We aim to ship orders between 24-48 of the despatch window which can be upto 7 days (please check this when chosing the size and colour for your product as it will state it)
    Please Note: Dispatch times are subject to stock availability* and may be extended during busy periods. 
  • If there’s any delays with your order (for example, we need to confirm your details or need to order additional stock), we’ll contact you as soon as possible.
  • Once an order has been placed, we are unable to make amendments or cancellations. You can see our Refund & Returns Policy here

Where We Ship To

We offer shipping services to the United Kingdom, Europe (excludes countries outside of the European Union), United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. For information on shipping costs, please see below.

United Kingdom

*Orders must be placed before 13:00 (BST) to ensure they are eligible for Next Day Delivery. 

European Union

TAXES AND DUTIES PAID ON ORDERS UNDER €150 
We offer a Taxes and Duties paid service (IOSS) on orders below €150 (including shipping costs) sent to the European countries listed above. Please ensure you review your basket at checkout. BraForMe is not liable to pay taxes and duties on any orders over €150.
You are responsible for understanding your country's custom and duties. BraForMe can not advise on Taxes and Duties for any orders over €150.

  • We offer a local US returns address. To find out more about this, please visit our returns and refunds policy.
  • All international services are DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid), which means that you are responsible for paying any potential local import and customs fees. This excludes any countries listed in the European Union shipping table. 
  • The De Minimis Threshold for US is $800, meaning orders under this value will not be charge Duties or Tax.  
  • You are responsible for paying any duties or taxes when you receive your order. 

Please note 'Business Days' excludes Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays.
